By using Waypoint you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own what you write. By posting publicly-visible content (logs, ratings, reviews, Highlights, collections, comments, profile details) you let Waypoint display it in the app and on shareable web pages. Private notes stay private to you.
Rules
There is no place on Waypoint for objectionable content or abusive behavior: harassment, hate, threats, spam, impersonation, sexually explicit or unlawful material. We review reports promptly and may remove content or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion. Report content in the app or write to [email protected].
The service
Waypoint is provided as-is, without warranties; features may change. Game titles, metadata and artwork are supplied by IGDB and belong to their respective owners.
